How I Work
Mentoring is delivered through regular one-on-one engagement, typically meeting either monthly or fortnightly depending on the level of support required.
Sessions are conducted as live calls, supported by detailed follow-up email that translate our discussions into clear actions and structure.
Outside of scheduled sessions, you have ongoing access to me - my experience, perspective, and thinking - whenever you need it. This is a working relationship, not a series of isolated conversations.
The goal is consistent progress, thoughtful decision-making, and accountability that supports real change.
