Protect Your Orbit At All Costs
It’s hard to build positive momentum. Much harder than most people think.
I think of it like launching a rocket into orbit.
From a standstill, it takes an immense amount of energy, effort, and power just to get it off the ground.
Every ounce of fuel is fighting against gravity.
But once the rocket breaks through? Once it’s in orbit? Everything changes.
Now it takes very little energy to keep it moving.
A small push here. A little adjustment there.
The trick is to keep it in orbit once it’s there.
Daily discipline. Doing what needs to be done… especially when you don’t feel like doing it.
Because the second you let it fall out of orbit, you’re back at the start.
Back at a standstill.
And once again it will take an enormous amount of energy to rebuild what you had.
That’s why the number one rule of positive momentum is so important…
Once you’ve built it, don’t fuck with it.
This applies to business. It applies to fitness. It applies to relationships.
It applies to life.
The launch is always the hardest part.
So once you’re in orbit... once you have positive momentum… protect it with everything you’ve got.
